The service
Touri provides apps for booking travel and mobility trips for customers, and a separate driver app for receiving requests, completing trips, and following the account and wallet.
Accounts
Users must be 18 or older. Account holders are responsible for their information and sign-in details. Driver accounts may be reviewed before work is enabled.
Bookings and payment
Orders are confirmed in the app with cash or electronic payment when available. If electronic payment does not complete, it can be retried from the order details. Prices and details shown in the app are the reference at the time of booking.
Acceptable use
The platform must not be used for unlawful purposes, harm to others, or interference with orders or payments. The platform may suspend an account when this is breached, according to approved procedures.
Responsibility
Touri aims to provide a stable operating experience, without claiming an absolute guarantee of connectivity, availability, or estimated times. Trip details, communication, and payment take place through the tools available in the app.
